Infused Lebanese Olive Oils
Brought to us by the House of Zejd in Lebanon, the flavors of these finishing oils take anything they touch over the TOP. Use the oils to finish dips like hummus, vinaigrettes for salads, roasted or steamed vegetables, lamb, poultry, pork, fish...any dish you can think of will receive these oils with pleasure. Also perfect swirled into labneh (thickened yogurt) as a dip. Try the mint or chili oil drizzled over kibbeh. The pomegranate oil is wonderful for fattoush.
