Lebanese kibbeh is the iconic (and mouth-watering!) dish of lean lamb, bulgur wheat, onion, and aromatic spices (that's classic; I also use beef). Kibbeh Kits make it easy and delicious for you to make your kibbeh! The kit includes fine bulgur, an excellent bottle of Lebanese extra virgin olive oil OR spicy infused Lebanese chili oil for finishing, and a tin of my special Kibbeh Spice. Just a couple of teaspoons of my kibbeh spice per pound of kibbeh makes perfect kibbeh every time. Kibbeh can be eaten raw (nayeh), or stuffed and baked, fried, or poached in yogurt.
