We are so excited to share with you this extra virgin olive oil from our friends Kathryn Tomajan and Robin Sloan. We met them up north in Michigan when Robin presented his novel, Sourdough, at the Harbor Springs Festival of the Book. From there, Peggy Abood started using Fat Gold olive oil, and started gifting it to Maureen. Not long ago we decided we absolutely need to share this favorite with all of you!
This luscious oil is bold and peppery, made from fantoio, leccino, and maurino olives. The tin is easy to use and very fun!
