Now in a larger, beautiful glass jar! Lebanese kibbeh is a mouth-watering dish of lean lamb, bulgur wheat, onion, and aromatic spices (that's classic; I also use beef). My special spice is blended with the perfect balance of cinnamon, cayenne, fine sea salt, and black pepper. All you need are a couple of teaspoons per pound of kibbeh, and you will make perfectly delicious kibbeh every time. Tins contain 2 oz. kibbeh spice.
