Lebanese Kibbeh Spice
Lebanese kibbeh is a mouth-watering dish of lean lamb, bulgur wheat, onion, and aromatic spices (that's classic. My special recipe is blended with the perfect balance of cinnamon, cayenne, fine sea salt, and black pepper. All you need are a couple of teaspoons per pound of kibbeh, and you will make perfectly delicious kibbeh every time. Tins contain 2 oz. kibbeh spice.
