Ma'moul Cookie Molds

They're back! Just so excited to share with you our new ma’moul molds, made expressly for us in Lebanon. The molds are used to beautifully shape ma’moul, beloved Lebanese filled butter cookies. Ma'moul are made at Easter, the holidays, and for special occasions. So much fun to bake and enjoy together with family and friends. Find the recipe for ma'moul here.
We have all three classic shapes available—domed round, flat round, and oval—each of which indicates the various fillings inside the cookies (walnut, pistachio, or date). The design on each shape may vary slightly.
The molds are available individually or as a set of three.
To care for the mold, brush with olive oil or any neutral oil for first use, to more easily release the pressed cookie. To clean, wash gently with warm water and dry thoroughly.
Shapes make about 2-inch ma'moul cookies. Molds are made of solid blonde hardwood, worthy of handing down!
