Do you ship Internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, from Michigan. FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: Customers and recipients in Canada are responsible for the payment of any Canadian taxes or duties due on the purchase of the goods ordered from Maureen Abood Market.  Maureen Abood Market does not collect or remit those amounts.  Our carrier, UPS, or the local Canadian affiliate, will collect those taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery.  The package will not be delivered unless/until the customer or recipient pays those taxes and/or duties.

Which carriers do you ship with?

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Standard Ground. Expedited shipping is not available.

When will I receive my order?

We will send your package out within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive your package within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed—and you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. We don’t offer expedited delivery at the present time.

How do I return a product?

All items are final sale, but if your product was damaged during shipping or something isn't quite right, please let us know! Just send a note to maureenaboodmarket@gmail.com as soon as you are able to after you receive your items. Photos of the problem are always helpful, if possible.

Where do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax in our home state of Michigan. Others receive products tax-free unless local laws require us to charge and remit sales tax.

Can I send my order as a gift?

How nice of you! We’ll be happy to place a gift message in your order. When you check out, there is an option in your cart for gift notes.

Can I send my order to different recipients?

You sure can. Go to your Cart and check the box in the upper right, just above your list of items. You'll be prompted to enter the various recipient addresses here.

Payment Methods and Security

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit cards.

See our Terms of Service for details on credit card processing and payment security.  In short, we use Shopify, which provides a PCI compliant credit card processing function.
