This za'atar is so good it was featured as a favorite in Food & Wine magazine--in a "hyper-competitive tasting"!
My za'atar is a proprietary blend of imported Lebanese wild thyme, sumac, toasted sesame seeds, and fine sea salt. The flavor is bright, tangy, and nutty. Try za'atar combined with good extra-virgin olive oil as a topping for Lebanese flatbread, or simply as a dip for pita bread.
