Description

This pure pomegranate molasses is made in small batches in Koura, Lebanon by our friends the Maaloufs. Pomegranates indigenous to the region are carefully selected and harvested every fall to create a delicate sweet-tart balance. The juice is boiled in large pots over olive wood fires to thicken. Magical!

Store in a cool, dry place (at room temperature).
